I hope everyone has a wonderful, relaxing Thanksgiving Day!! Mike is out of the hospital and is happy to be back at home. He said this was his worst hospital stay thus far due to the lack of rest he was able to get. Apparently, the doctors and nurses were hovering a little too often and lingering a little too long. But now, thankfully, he is able to be at home with Melisa and Casey and can relax. I think he is looking forward to the long holiday weekend as well. Again, I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday. We have so much to be thankful for!

Hey, Mikey! So good to see you, Melisa & Casey this past weekend! Just gotta say that Casey "brought the house down", "stole the show", and "brought a lot of his Daddy's Style" to the baptismal service at Cherry Hill last Sunday. You would have been proud! Made MY day.... that's for sure!!!! Following Trey's baptism....with lots of hand-clapping and fast, uplifting music....Casey (just like me) was definitely in the groove! Blessed my heart when he hollered out: "That was great!!! Good job!!!" Truer words were never spoken; just wished I'd hollered it out with him. KIDS ARE THE BEST, aren't they???!!! Much love. This is Aunt Sherry's partner in crime from Frankfort KY. I worked with "Short Cakes", as I like to call her, and relished those "Ben & Mikey" stories. I believe that might be why she has to use hair color now!!! What laughs we did have with the two of you. Glad you are back at home and got to join in the turkey day.
